Regular professional product care
Our products are maintenance-free and STK-free. To maintain the value and serviceability, we recommend regular professional product maintenance of the mobilisation chairs with replacement of wear parts. We will gladly take over product maintenance for you. On request, we will also provide you with instructions for product care of your mobilisation chair and instructions for checking the safety of the device. Our competent staff will be happy to carry out maintenance with replacement of wear parts at your site. We recommend that you have your products serviced by us once a year.
Cleaning and disinfecting
Our materials used are very easy to clean. Simply clean the upholstery cover with warm water and a damp cloth. The use of a commercially available microfiber cloth is particularly recommended for this purpose. Heavier soiling can be removed by adding a mild cleaning agent. To prevent stains from penetrating the material, they should be removed immediately.
Please do not use solvents, polishes, synthetic cleaners, wax polishes or aerosol sprays.
Caution
Please remove ink stains (ballpoint pens, fountain pens, etc.) immediately! Do not use any agents that contain oil or grease! Please do not dry clean.
Disinfectant resistance according to D-LAB standard (taking into account: Cover fabrics-determination of resistance to liquids drip and stain method DIN EN ISO 28124 in accordance with and evaluation according to ISO 4628-1 and ISO 4628-2.
The change of cleaning and disinfecting agents, especially when using one agent over a longer period of time, should be avoided, otherwise product damage may occur.
We have no control over the manufacture and raw materials used in the production of detergents and disinfectants and must therefore disclaim any warranty on detergent and disinfectant resistance.
Before using a cleaning agent or disinfectant, we recommend carrying out a compatibility test on a non-visible area of the material.
